Antax fishing lures – hand made from Serbia

Antanasković Dejan was born on July 21st 1975 in Serbia. Ever since he was a child he has been fishing with his father and he started loving that way of life. While fishing with floats and observing the attacks of the predators, he started showing interest in hunting of predatory fish.
Delighted by that kind of fishing, the attacks and fighting of the fish, he committed himself to fishing using wobblers.
In the early 90’s as a high-school boy he experienced the disintegration of the country he lived in – Yugoslavia. The sanctions were introduced; the embargo and the financial crises in the country caused a lack of wobblers on the market, so people started making them on their own. Being involved in studying different materials and ways of production, and having successful fishing experiences, resulted in his enthusiasm for doing this job.
Long years of experience in fishing have led to designing of different models of wobblers. A lot of effort, work and the use of the high quality materials are all incorporated in “Antax wobblers”. Each wobbler is carefully hand-made of balsa wood and tested in water.
In 1995 the first wobblers were presented on the market. During the years of their use they have proved their reliability and catch rate in different rivers, lakes, ponds…all around Europe. Today, after twenty years of existence, production and development, “Antax wobblers” is slowly becoming a serious family company that prioritizes quality and the catch rate of its products!
